Who we are

Tukzo is a brand of Borncode Technologies LLP (“we”, “us”). Office: Valamkottil Towers, 2nd Floor, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala 682021. Phone and WhatsApp +91 95449 90444, email tukzoudi@gmail.com. For anything about your personal data, use the request form or contact our Grievance Officer (below).

What this notice covers

  • the website tukzo.com: visits, cookies, the demo and contact forms, and the WhatsApp and call buttons;
  • how our team follows up an enquiry;
  • a short section on the Tukzo apps.

What we collect, and why

  1. Demo and contact forms. Your name and mobile number, what you run and how you'd like to be reached; if you add them, your business name, city or town, email, PIN code and message. With it we keep how you found us (a campaign tag, the website that linked here, the first page you saw), your device type, operating system and browser, and — only if you allowed marketing cookies — an ad click reference. Why: to reply to you and arrange a demo. Basis: the consent you give when you send the form; you can withdraw it at any time.
  2. When you call or WhatsApp us. Our team may note your name, number, what you asked and how you found us, so the right person can follow up.
  3. WhatsApp and call buttons. A note of the tap — the page, the button and how you arrived, nothing about you — kept 7 days so our team can tell which page a chat or call came from.
  4. Visit counts. Our own system counts visits without cookies or identifiers: page, device type, browser, the country your time zone points to, and how you arrived. We keep totals only, never your IP address.
  5. Your cookie choice. What you chose, the notice version, and a random id kept in your browser.
  6. Analytics and ads — only if you allow them. Google Analytics (analytics); Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn (marketing). See Cookies for each cookie and how long it lasts.
  7. Requests you make about your data: what you ask and the details we need to answer it.

Who sees it

  • Our sales and support team, through our admin system.
  • Our own sales back office, which receives each enquiry.
  • Google, through Gmail: our team's email alerts about new enquiries.
  • Google, Meta and LinkedIn: visit data, only if you allowed analytics or marketing cookies.
  • The company we rent our servers from, which stores the website's data for us.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data. Google, Meta and LinkedIn may process data outside India.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: until 24 months after our last contact with you. Enquiries we close as junk (spam, wrong numbers, duplicates and the like): 30 days after we close them.
  • Tap notes: 7 days. Visit totals (no personal data): 25 months.
  • Cookie-choice records: 24 months from each choice.
  • Data requests and what we did about them: 3 years after we close them, to show how we handled them.
  • Backups, including the copies we take before an update: 30 days.
  • These periods are for this website's records. The copy of your enquiry in our sales back office and in our team's email is removed when we erase your enquiry on request; otherwise it is kept while we work with you.
  • The old website event log (before October 2026): deleted.

Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023

You can ask us for a summary of your personal data and who it was shared with; ask us to correct, complete or update it; ask us to erase it; withdraw consent (cookies: at the bottom of every page; enquiries: tell us); nominate someone to act for you if you die or cannot act; and complain to us. Use the request form, email or phone. We may check it's you, for example by calling the number you gave. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Our forms are for business owners and staff aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect children's data through this website.

The Tukzo apps

Shops and institutions that use the Tukzo Business app keep their own records in it — bills, payments, stock, and the customer or student details they enter. They decide how those details are used; we store and process them for that business. The Tukzo Customer app keeps a customer's receipts and the phone number used to sign in; its nearby-shops feature uses location only if you allow it on your phone.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS; the admin system needs a personal login and each role sees only what it needs; the daily backups are encrypted, and the copies we take before an update are deleted within 30 days. If a breach affects your personal data, we notify the Data Protection Board of India and the people affected, as the DPDP Rules require.
