Tukzo Petrol Pump
Day Book, Tank Stock and Staff Pay for Fuel Stations

If your station closes the day in an Excel day book, Tukzo Petrol Pump keeps that same day book on your phone. Opening cash, sales lines, tank readings, tanker purchases and expenses go in for each business day, and Tukzo works out stock, loss or gain, and profit per litre from what you enter.

Section 01

The day book, the way you already keep it

Each business day has one day book: total opening, coins, and every sales line — fuel by the litre, lubricants, 2T oil, fleet, dealer and loyalty sales. New lines are suggested from the ones you entered before, so filling it in feels like your Excel sheet.

  • A business day that runs across midnight, for example 6 am to 6 am
  • Opening cash, coins and sales on one screen
  • Sales lines with item code, quantity, rate and time
  • Suggestions for lines you enter every day

Section 02

Tank stock you can check against the dip

Enter tank dip readings and Tukzo compares them with the book: expected closing stock is opening stock plus purchases minus sales. The difference shows in litres and as a percentage, marked when it falls outside the normal range, and stock value is worked out at the current rate.

  • Separate stock for each fuel, for example MS and HSD
  • Physical dip against expected stock, every reading
  • Loss or gain for the reading and for the day
  • Stock value at today's rate

Section 03

Purchases, expenses and staff pay

Record each tanker load with its invoice — quantity in kilolitres, rate, landed cost, what is paid and what is still owed to the supplier — together with volume at 15 °C, density, loading temperature and the delivery vehicle. Day-to-day expenses and salary advances stay out of sales, and each person's pay is worked out from their shifts, hourly rate and overtime.

Why it matters

Felt day to day.

Benefit 01

Close the day on your phone

Opening cash, sales lines, tank readings and expenses for the day sit in one day book instead of a spreadsheet passed around the office.

Benefit 02

See a stock loss the same day

Every dip reading is compared with the book straight away, so a loss shows up while it can still be checked.

Benefit 03

Know what you owe

Each tanker invoice records what has been paid and what is still owed to the supplier.

Benefit 04

Pay staff from their shifts

Hours, overtime and advances add up to each person's monthly salary, which you can still set by hand.
