KM Stores: from paper bills to digital receipts
How a busy neighbourhood kirana went fully digital — and stopped losing track of credit-line customers.

The challenge
KM Stores has many regular customers and runs the till from open to close. They used handwritten paper bills, which meant the day-end reconciliation was done by hand, customers asking for old receipts couldn't be served, and tracking who owed how much was on a yellow notepad.
What we did
We migrated their product master into Tukzo. The customer app was rolled out by sending a one-time WhatsApp link to their regulars.
The outcome
Day-end reconciliation no longer means totalling paper bills by hand. Credit-line tracking moved from a notepad to a real ledger. Customers who used to forget receipts now have a complete purchase history in the app.
