Club Active: membership renewals without the spreadsheet headache
A growing fitness centre moved its membership renewals off an Excel sheet and WhatsApp.

The challenge
Club Active had members on monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. Renewals were tracked in an Excel sheet, and reminders went out manually over WhatsApp. Some members would slip past renewal because no one followed up in time.
What we did
We set up member profiles with plan validity and UPI payments for renewals. Cash payments at the desk go through the Tukzo POS and are tracked alongside the UPI renewals.
The outcome
Members can renew on the app and pay by UPI.
